Join Our Quarterly Community for Elevated Connections, a morning of movement, motivation, and meaningful connections with women in business at Great Ledge in Weston, CT.

This isn’t just a hike. We’re taking networking outside of the boardroom and onto the trails for a morning designed to give you space to move, reset, meet new women, and have conversations that go beyond the usual networking small talk.

Leading us on the trail is Chantal DeDios of Buena Vida Wellness, who knows a thing or two about taking a new path (literally and figuratively). After years in the corporate world, Chantal recently made the leap into entrepreneurship and began building Buena Vida Wellness, where she brings together her passion for movement, wellness, and community. Today, she’s a Certified Pilates Instructor and Spiritual Life Coach who also creates wellness experiences throughout Connecticut designed to help people move, connect, and feel good.

Chantal will lead us through a guided motivational hike, bringing some of that Buena Vida energy to the trail while OQC does what we do best: putting women in business in the same space and creating opportunities for genuine connection.

Whether you're an entrepreneur, climbing the corporate ladder, building something on the side, or figuring out what your own next chapter looks like, you’re invited. Come solo or bring a friend. Either way, you won’t be hiking alone. 💖

WHAT TO EXPECT:

10:00 AM | Meet & Mingle

Arrive, get settled, meet the women joining us, and get to know the faces behind OQC and Buena Vida Wellness.

10:30 AM | Guided Motivational Hike

We’ll hit the trail with Chantal for a guided hike centered around movement, motivation, and connection.

11:00 AM | Group Photo + Descent

We made it to the top—of course we’re getting the group photo! Take in the view, capture a few memories, and then we’ll begin our descent.

11:30 AM | Network + Goodbyes

One last chance to exchange Instagrams, numbers, or business info with the women you met along the way. Our challenge?

Don’t leave without making at least one new connection.
